Designed to redefine efficiency standards in process water cooling, the CS-FC series combines the performance of an air-cooled chiller with the intelligent logic of an integrated free-cooler. The result is a compact solution that delivers energy savings, reduced footprint, and a lower environmental impact.
By harnessing the temperature of the ambient air, the system significantly reduces compressor usage, ensuring lower power consumption, reduced CO₂ emissions, and a more sustainable operating cycle compared to traditional technologies.
From an economic perspective, free-cooling provides substantial energy savings, particularly during colder months, while also lowering maintenance costs: reduced compressor operation extends component lifespan and ensures long-term reliability.
• Robust construction: galvanized carbon steel with polyester powder coating; front and side panels fully removable for easy access.
• High-efficiency compressors: Scroll type with standard crankcase heater.
• Refrigerant: eco-friendly R454B.
• Condensers: Cu/Al finned coils with AISI 304 stainless steel filter supplied as standard.
• Integrated storage tank: HDPE water tank installed internally, with external level indicator through dedicated window.
• Pumps: stainless steel centrifugal pumps (3 ÷ 5 bar), also available in run/stand-by configuration.
• Evaporator: shell & tube type. Standard supply includes level switch, 0–10 bar pressure gauge, differential pressure switch, and antifreeze probe.
• Fans: EC brushless technology for high efficiency and reduced noise.
• Control panel: IP54 protection, suitable for outdoor installation.
• Smart control: microprocessor with RS485 interface for advanced monitoring and communication.
