INJECTION MOLDING | HT-Cooling

INJECTION MOLDING

Injection molding is a cyclic process used for the production of plastic components. The thermoplastic material, in pellet form, is plasticized in a heated barrel and then injected into a closed mold.
Inside the mold cavity, the material cools and solidifies, taking on the desired shape. Once the cooling phase is complete, the mold opens and the part is ejected, ready for the next cycle.

BENEFITS OF AN EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM

Optimized cycle times thanks to effective reduction of cooling phases.

Consistent dimensional accuracy, with shrinkage control and reduced warping.

Smoother, defect-free surfaces, even on complex parts or with variable thicknesses.

Guaranteed repeatability between cycles, essential for high-volume production.

Improved energy efficiency, with reduced waste and more controlled consumption.
