The TCS-W temperature control units are designed for specific applications in the plastics and rubber industry. Today, they are used in various process industry sectors wherever precise temperature control of processing fluids is required.
The range includes units with electrical power from 3 kW to 24 kW, divided into two main lines:
Working temperature accuracy of +/- 0.5°C with PID control in both heating and cooling phases
High-flow/high-pressure centrifugal pump
Plate heat exchanger with large cooling capacity
Sound level below 70 dB(A)
Safety thermostat
Automatic partialization of cooling power (for models with multiple heating elements)
Three-phase heating elements
Auxiliary controls 24V or 110V
