TCS-O Series

The TCS-O temperature control units are designed for specific applications in the plastics and rubber industry. Today, they are used in various process industry sectors wherever precise temperature control of processing fluids is required.

The range includes thermal oil units for temperatures up to 190°C, with electrical power ranging from 6 to 18 kW.

• Working temperature accuracy of +/- 0.5°C with PID control in both heating and cooling phases
• High-flow/high-pressure centrifugal pump
• Plate heat exchanger with high cooling capacity
• Sound level below 70 dB(A)
• Safety thermostat
• Automatic partialization of cooling power (for models with multiple heating elements)
