The CS-PA range includes 7 models of air-cooled process water chillers, with cooling capacities from 120 to 290 kW. Designed for maximum application versatility, the series allows configuration with either plate or shell-and-tube evaporators, easily adapting to different installation requirements.
Each model is available with an integrated tank and pump, or in simplified versions: with only the pump installed on board, or without both pump and tank.
In the standard configuration, the units come equipped with a wide range of accessories, ensuring completeness and reliability.
Structure made of galvanized sheet metal, coated with polyester powder paint (RAL 9002), designed for outdoor installations. It ensures high corrosion resistance and a uniform appearance.
Fastening elements are made of carbon steel with passivation treatment to guarantee durability and protection against oxidation.
Scroll compressors in Tandem configuration. Gas pressure gauges are included as standard. The compressor compartment is fully enclosed and accessible on three sides through easily removable panels, facilitating inspection and maintenance operations.
R410A. efrigerant with 2 gas circuits.
Version with R454B refrigerant available as an option.
The fans are equipped with 6-pole external rotor motors, directly coupled to the axial fans. Each unit features internal thermal protection on the windings, a safety guard, and a dedicated support structure to ensure maximum reliability and operational safety.
The structure integrates the pump, expansion vessel (only for version under pressure) and tank in hot-dip galvanized steel, and comes standard with a by-pass on the water circuit (STD version). The centrifugal pump, equipped with thermal protection, is designed for use with water and ethylene glycol mixtures up to 35% (STD and WT versions).
Available configurations:
• STD: Pump and tank fitted on the unit, with both manual and automatic water filling system.
• WT: Pump on-board, without tank.
• WTP: Configuration without pump and tank.
The finned coil condenser is made with 8 mm copper tubes and aluminum fins, a configuration that optimizes heat exchange and promotes quiet operation of the fans.
The PB version is equipped with a brazed plate evaporator, while the PF version features a shell and-tube evaporator. Both configurations include an electronic gas expansion valve as standard.
The electronic control enables full management of the unit and is easily accessible through a polycarbonate door. The control panel, available in a multilingual version, allows monitoring of the water temperature leaving the evaporator and comprehensive alarm management. Additionally, the RS485 interface, available as an option, allows for remote supervision.
