Designed for maximum versatility, the CS-BA series chillers are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
Available in three different hydraulic configurations, they can be customized with pumps of varying pressures to meet specific operational requirements.
Even in the standard version, the units come equipped with a comprehensive set of accessories, ensuring both completeness and reliability right from the start.
The frame is made of galvanized sheet metal and coated with polyester powder paint (RAL 9002), ensuring resistance to weather conditions and an attractive appearance, ideal for outdoor installations. The fastening systems are made of non-corrosive materials, using carbon steel with passivation surface treatments.
Scroll compressors are available in single (mono) or Tandem configurations. Pressure gauges are supplied as standard for immediate monitoring of operating pressures.
The compressor room is fully enclosed and protected but designed for quick access: three removable panels allow easy opening from three sides, facilitating all routine and extraordinary maintenance operations.

Electrical fans are equipped with a 6-pole external rotor motor directly mounted on the axial fan, including internal thermal protection on the windings.
The configuration comprises a safety guard grid in
compliance with safety regulations and a dedicated support structure.
The structure houses the pump, expansion vessel (only for version under pressure) and tank. In the standard version (STD), it is provided with an integrated hydraulic by-pass on the water circuit.
The centrifugal pump is designed for use with water and ethylene glycol mixtures up to 35% and includes a built-in thermal protection (STD and WT versions).
Available configurations:
• STD: Pump and tank fitted on the unit, with both manual and automatic water filling system.
• WT: Pump fitted on the unit, tank not included.
• WTP: Configuration without pump and tank.
• Models 20/30: Finned pack condenser, made with 8 mm copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins. This configuration optimizes thermal exchange and contributes to the quiet operation of the fans.
• Models 40/110: Microchannel condenser, ensuring high thermodynamic performance, reduced refrigerant content, and greater compactness.
• Model 140: Finned pack condenser, an ideal solution for ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance, even on high-capacity systems.
Counterflow plate evaporator, designed to ensure maximum efficiency in thermal exchange, optimizing performance and minimizing energy consumption.
The electronic control system enables complete and optimized management of the unit, with easy access through a polycarbonate door.
The control panel, available in a multilingual version, offers
the following functionalities:
• Monitoring of the water temperature entering and exiting the evaporator.
• Monitoring of gas pressure.
• Full alarm management to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation.
Additionally, the RS485 interface, available as an option, allows for remote supervision.
