We had long planned for the Galletti Group to enter the industrial process sector, but we were waiting for the right moment. When we met the HT-cooling team, with their extensive expertise and deep knowledge of this market, we knew the time had come.
Thanks to them, Galletti now can expand its horizons into a market that was previously unexplored for us.

The expansion of the Galletti Group into the process cooling sector aligns with the strategy we followed with Cetra, diversifying into other areas of HVACR while leveraging the significant synergies we can develop internally.
We believe that the sector in which HT-Cooling operates could become a key component for the future growth of the Group.

Certainly, integrating Galletti’s existing production platform allows for a significant increase in production efficiency. Galletti’s ability to optimize production flows, combined with HT-Cooling’s specialized know-how in industrial cooling, enables the development of innovative and high-quality solutions. This integrated approach will not only enhance our production capabilities but also allow us to respond more quickly and accurately to market demands, thereby improving the overall competitiveness of the Group.
